Our Journey

TechTalent US was founded on a simple belief: the best engineering teams are built by people who truly understand engineering.

 

After more than a decade working inside manufacturing and engineering organizations, our founder saw firsthand a major gap in recruiting. Too often, critical technical roles were being filled by agencies that lacked real engineering experience. Résumés were screened by keywords, not understanding, and both companies and candidates paid the price.

 

TechTalent US was created to change that.

 

Built by an engineer, we focus exclusively on STEM talent across mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, and technical disciplines. Our approach is precise, technical, and relationship-driven. We apply the same rigor used in engineering projects to every search, prioritizing deep role understanding, meaningful candidate evaluation, and long-term fit.

 

Today, TechTalent US partners with organizations that value quality over volume and engineers who want careers, not just jobs. Our mission is clear: to raise the standard of STEM recruiting in the United States.
